Pawtism awarded a grant to Arielle’s family in July 2022. Here is an update on life with their autism assistance dog, Steve:

We are so very grateful for your assistance in helping us get this dog! Arielle’s autism behaviors are often very mild, but she frequently perseverates verbal on ideas and lists. We are hopeful that Steve will be able to help us break/calm those cycles, as well as help her through those burst of anxiety that seems to be her trigger.
